How to Return Your Order
Our customers have the opportunity to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. If the return period is exceeded, we cannot accept returns.
The return must be registered with PostNord within 14 days of the pick-up date. If the return is not registered within 14 days, it will be canceled, and the return will no longer be possible.
To accept the return, the product must meet the following conditions:
Our customer service will respond within one business day and provide you with details of the return process.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (€7).
If your order included free gifts, they must be returned with the order. If the gifts are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their value from the refunded amount.

Check your customer account or order confirmation to see if your order was a pre-order.
If the information is incorrect, the return will automatically be processed with a 10% restocking fee.
Note: If you placed your order via Klarna and wish to exchange the product or choose store credit as your refund method, do not report the return to Klarna, as it is not a cash refund.

Return Fee for Pre-Orders A 10% return fee applies to our pre-order service. Pre-order products are individually ordered for each customer and are therefore specially tailored. As a result, processing returns incurs maintenance costs, which we cover with the return fee.
Damages and Other Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Any claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the order so we can investigate the issue and resolve it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective or incorrect products if the Sneak Verification tag has been removed or the products have been used.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Products A 10% return fee applies to pre-order returns. However, you can choose to receive the refund as a store credit, which can be used in our online store. In that case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
Exchanges Exchanging a product for a different size or item is possible. The return fee, new shipping cost, and any price differences between the products will be charged.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically returned to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please note that a €5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed.
Uncollected Orders If the customer fails to pick up the order from the delivery point within the given time, and the order is returned to the seller, the customer is obligated to pay the postage fees for both the original delivery and the return. If the customer does not respond to the seller's contact within 14 days of the return, the order will be automatically processed as a return, and the customer will be refunded, minus shipping and return costs. If the order is a pre-order and the customer does not respond to the seller's contact within 14 days, a 10% return fee will be charged in addition to cover administrative costs.
