Our Process

When products arrive at our warehouse, our experts carefully inspect them to ensure their authenticity. Every detail – labels, seams, accessories, packaging, and even scent – is thoroughly examined.

Only products that pass this inspection move forward, so you can be sure that the product you receive is 100% authentic and flawless.

Etapp 2

Sneak Verified

When products arrive at our warehouse, our team carefully inspects them before sending them to you. If the product meets our strict quality standards, we attach the Sneak Verified tag.

Each product receives one tag: for a pair of sneakers, the tag is attached to one of the shoes. This tag guarantees that the product has been inspected and shipped by our team. In the case of a return, it also ensures that the product you are returning is the same one we sent to you.

Note: Do not remove the tag until you are completely sure you will not return the product. If the tag is removed, your return request will be denied.

Sneak Verified

Kui tooted meie lattu saabuvad, kontrollivad meie spetsialistid neid hoolikalt, et tagada nende ehtsus. Iga detail: sildid, õmblused, lisatarvikud, pakend ja isegi lõhn uuritakse põhjalikult. Igale tootele lisatakse üks identifikaator: kui tegemist on ketsipaariga, kinnitatakse identifikaator ühele kingale. See identifikaator tagab, et toode on kontrollitud ja saadetud meie meeskonna poolt.

Tagastamise korral kinnitab see ka, et tegemist on sama tootega, mille oleme sulle saatnud.

Tähelepanu: Ära eemalda identifikaatorit enne, kui oled täiesti kindel, et sa ei kavatse toodet tagastada. Kui identifikaator on eemaldatud, lükatakse sinu tagastustaotlus tagasi.

Tarnimine sulle

Kui kõik on korras, pakitakse sinu tellimus hoolikalt ja saadetakse edasi usaldusväärse kulleri kaudu. Sinu pakett toimetatakse sulle selles etapis 48 tunni jooksul.
