How and when your order arrives

We ship within the EU. In-stock products leave our warehouse in Finland within 48h; pre-orders are sourced from our vetted European suppliers first.

Tracking	Every shipment has a tracking code. It can take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping confirmation.
Updates	Order and shipping confirmation by email	Automatic emails at every milestone

Times are estimates and can vary with carrier, season or events outside our control. Rare or high-demand pre-order products can take longer.

Shipping costs

Free shipping within Finland on orders over 170 €.
Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and carrier. The listed product price is final: no hidden costs within the EU.
Outside the EU we do not currently ship.

Delivery methods

The carrier is chosen per order and shown at checkout. Outside the Nordics PostNord parcels are handed over to DPD.

Payment methods

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, MobilePay and Klarna (pay later or in instalments). All payments are processed securely; we never see your card details.
