Are the products you offer authentic / unused?
All the products we sell are 100% authentic and unused. Before shipping the order to our customers, we carefully inspect each pair of shoes to verify their authenticity. All products we send are equipped with a Sneak 'Verification' tag, which guarantees that our experts have checked the shoes for authenticity and that they are unused.
Counterfeit products and unreliable sellers are a common issue in the market, which is why we want to provide you with a safe and worry-free shopping experience when purchasing shoes.

Are the products intended for both men and women?
All of our products are unisex. We provide a size chart for all of our products to help you avoid any confusion and find the perfect fit for you!
Do you have a physical store as well?
We do not have a traditional brick-and-mortar store; we operate solely through our online store.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Customers have the opportunity to return their order within 14 days of receiving it. If the return period is exceeded, we cannot accept returns.
The return must be registered with PostNord within 14 days of the pick-up date. If the return is not registered within 14 days, it will be canceled, and the return will no longer be possible.
Please note that if your order is a pre-order, we will charge a 10% return fee. However, you can choose to receive the return amount as store credit, which you can use in our online store. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
Please also note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
How do I return my order?
To have your return accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in its original shoe box, along with all accessories, and the Sneak 'Verification' tag must still be attached to the shoe.
You can submit your return request through your customer account or by using the "Return Your Order" page.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us via email (info@sneak.eu) and provide your order number.
Please note that a 5€ cancellation fee will be charged.
Ordering & Shipping
What is pre-ordering and how does it work?
All products that are not available directly from our stock are available for pre-order. When you place a pre-order, we search for and order the shoes from our trusted Europe-wide supplier network – just for you! There are no hidden costs in shipping, so you can shop with peace of mind.
The estimated delivery time for pre-orders is typically 5-15 business days. A 10% return fee applies to pre-order returns. However, you can choose to receive the return amount as store credit, which you can use in our online store. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled once we have located the shoes you ordered.
If the shoes you are looking for are not available in our online store, you can contact us via email or Instagram, and we will help you find the shoes you're looking for!
Will there be any hidden costs or additional fees for my order?
The price listed on the product page is the final price. No hidden fees will be added during the payment process – all costs, from product authenticity verification to delivery, are included in the price.
This applies only to customers within the EU. If you reside outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes will be added to your order.
What is 48-hour delivery?
We offer 48-hour delivery for all products that are available directly from our stock. Products that are eligible for this fast delivery are easily identifiable with a blue dot.
Please note that preparing your order may take 1-2 business days.
How is the delivery handled?
We currently only deliver orders within the European Union.
For all products available in our stock, we offer 48-hour delivery, as we know how excited you are to receive your new shoes. Delivery to other parts of Europe typically takes around 1-4 business days. All shipments include a tracking number so you can track your order in real-time.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition and that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

How are product prices determined?
The products we offer are typically released in limited batches. As a result, they sell out quickly from stores and traditional websites.
Our mission is to provide you with secure access to these authentic products. We work with a trusted network of resellers across Europe to obtain and offer most of the limited-edition products – including even the latest models.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a discount code via email, which is valid for your first purchase.
Claim/Complaint
How do I make a claim?
If you wish to make a claim, please contact our customer service via email at info@sneak.eu
To process your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:
- Clear photos of the defect on the product
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
What does the warranty and claim rights cover?
You have the right to make a claim if the product has a manufacturing or material defect. This may result in the product being repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the situation.
The claim right is only valid if the defect is not caused by improper storage, misuse, or use contrary to the product’s instructions. Additionally, claims do not apply to products that have been used for sports activities. In these cases, the claim right does not apply.
